My subscription payment failed

New Subscription

If your payment failed when trying to subscribe to GradeProof Pro, the first thing to check is that you have the full subscription amount available on your card.

You should also check:

  • Have you mistyped your card details?
  • Has your credit/debit card expired?
  • You have sufficient funds on your card.

If all of these conditions have been satisfied, you could try again with a different card. 

Otherwise, you may need to call your bank to have transactions to GradeProof approved, before trying your subscription again. 

Current Subscription

If you are already subscribed and your recent recurring payment has failed, then your card associated with your subscription has probably been cancelled or expired. To continue using GradeProof Pro, you will need to update your payment details on the Billing Page by clicking 'Update Payment Info'.
