School Student Support

Please be aware that many Schools block our emails replying to your support inquiries, even if you make a support inquiry we cannot always reply to your emails to help resolve the issues you are experiencing. If you need to contact us with regard to password resets, bugs, or any other issues/problems you are experiencing with GradeProof and/or your account we recommend that you contact us via personal email account, your parents email account or a teachers email account. Don’t forget to include your email address in the email from them so we can identify your specific account.
