Why can't I access my GradeProof Pro features?

If you have upgraded to GradeProof Pro and do not have access to the Pro features it could be for several reasons:

  • Please be sure that you only have one account, or, are using the account that you subscribed on. 
  • If you have subscribed recently, please check that your payment has gone through by visiting app.gradeproof.com/home/account/billing. If it has not gone through, please ensure that all of your payment details are correct. In some cases you may need to confirm with your bank to complete the transaction.
